Lost & Found
The Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Desk. Any items found before or after an event will be turned into the security office. Items will be held for 30 days.
Masks
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, masks, other than PPE, may not be worn while in attendance at any accesso ShoWare Center event.
Parking
Over 1,500 FREE PARKING spots available within walking distance to accesso ShoWare Center.
RESERVED PARKING is available in the Doxon Toyota VIP Lot near the Suites & The Club entrance on SW corner is available.
Prohibited Items
Guests, excluding law enforcement personnel, are prohibited from bringing weapons into accesso ShoWare Center. Weapons include, but are not limited to, firearms, explosives, handcuffs, batons, stun guns, knives, tear gas and pepper spray. Guests with these items will not be allowed in the building and, if already in the building, will be required to take the item from the building or be evicted. For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility. Guests with specific or special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact Guest Services prior to arrival at the event.
The following items are not permitted:
Aerosol Cans
Animals/Pets (except service animals. See section "ADA Access" for more details)
Audio/Video Recording Equipment (See section "Camera and Audio/Visual Recorders" for more information)
Balloons, Beach Balls or Related Items
Battery operated clothing or blankets
Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers (empty plastic water bottles are allowed)
Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
Coolers or Ice Chests
Illegal Drugs and/or paraphernalia (includes marijuana)
Large Bags (max. size 12" x 12" x 6"), backpacks, duffel bags, suitcases
Laptops & Tablets and Portable Video Game Consoles (Switch, Vita etc.)
Laser Pens and Pointers
Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, drums and horns)
Outside Food, Beverage, Bottled Water, etc.
Professional Photography Equipment
Poles/Sticks to Display Flags, Banners, etc.
Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc.
Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
Weapons of any kind (i.e. pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.)
Any Other Item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion

Re-Entry
accesso ShoWare Center has a "no re-entry" policy during all events.
Soliciting
The distribution, selling or sampling of merchandise, pamphlets, food, beverages or other items on the property without written venue authorization is strictly prohibited.
Security Checks
accesso ShoWare Center conducts visual and bag security checks at every event. Higher levels of security checks including pat-downs, hand-wanding and the use of metal detectors are done at the discretion of management for other events.
Bags that are allowed:
- Clear bags that are 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller
- Clutches that are 4" x 6" or smaller
Anything over this size, with the exception of diaper bags (see Diaper Bags in the A-Z Guide), is not allowed. There is no locker storage.
Smoke-Free Facility
accesso ShoWare Center will be discontinuing the use of the exterior smoking section and guests will no longer be permitted to leave the building and re-enter in order to smoke.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed in the venue, but will need to be checked-in at Guest Services.
Tablets, Laptops, Video Game Consoles
accesso ShoWare Center does not permit Laptops, Tablets, or portable video game consoles such as a Nintendo Switch or PlayStation Vita. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any device at their discretion.
Tailgating
Tailgating in lots surrounding accesso ShoWare Center is prohibited per Kent City Ordinance. Violators will be cited and fined for having an open BBQ flame or open container of alcohol. Tailgating, trailer homes, motor coaches, overnight parking and related activity is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must park within the dimensions of a designated parking space. All vehicles must exit the parking lots within two hours of the conclusion of the event or they will be towed at the expense of the owner.
Ticket Reselling
The resale of tickets ("scalping") is not permitted in and around accesso ShoWare Center. Violators are subject to fine and confiscation of goods and cash. Tickets may not be resold for any amount, including below face value.
Trespassing
Anyone trespassing on the playing surface at games will be evicted and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with local ordinances.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas will be allowed into accesso ShoWare Center, but must be stored in your clear bag ( no larger than 12" x 12" x 6") while in the venue.
